The example project of Huasheng, utilizing No.2 furnace flue gas waste heat of of Bao Steel sheet mill factory heavy plate station, gross power of 800KW ORC cogeneration has been smoothly operated more than 20 months, and afford Bao Steel Sheet Mill factory heating supply from 2014 to 2015. In 2013 November, ORC power generation unit assembly started to work, that marks the breakthrough of China realized ORC low grade heat cogeneration with the technical level of international same rank. This project achieved numbers of energy-saving and emission-reduction target criteria: Co2: 9375.5 ton/year；nitrogen oxides: 22.5 ton /year；SO2: 69.6 ton / year；dust：236.1 ton / year. The achievement shows the vast apply prospect.
